Fireplaces connection kit
The ceramic adapter allows for a tight connection to the chimney without the problem of reducing the chimney cross-section. The insulation reduces heat dissipation. The double wall lining provides custom-fit connections of the stove pipe and the ability to easily remove it if needed. The acid resistant mortar provides a secure, long lasting connection. A reduction or enlargement to the stove-pipe nominal size is included. The set is also suitable for bridging a mineral partition. We also supply wall penetrations for combustible partitions.
Water collector
The water collector is one of the most important components of the chimney, as it protects your building against moisture penetration damage. It is rainwater, that leads to moisture penetration at the base of the chimney. The improved quality of the fired clay tubes simultaneously leads to the fact that moisture penetrates to the base resulting in moisture stains and soot leaching. Fireplace roofs are subject to approval and do not provide sufficient protection, for example against driving rain. The rainwater can be drained through the water collector, at minimum collected and controlled.
Cover plate set
The cover plate is made from non flammable material and allows for the permanent closure of the exhaust pipe connections in the chimney. The delivery includes a 1 kg bag of acid resistant mortar.
Chimney bracket for the attachment of rafters
Each exhaust system must be integrated into the roof rafters at the outlet. This can be done by concreting this rafter field. However, it is faster and easier with our chimney holder without shuttering and without concrete. Quick and easy installation saves time and money.
Chimney pots for air intake improvement
The Windkat system is an aerodynamic chimney top, which can help lower heating costs about 5 to 20%. The reason being is the smooth, economical train in the chimney. The system also works in difficult wind and weather conditions due to the nozzle injection method. It has been tried, tested and confirmed in its effectiveness.
Rain hood with flying sparks protection
The rain hood is simply inserted into the sheet metal expansion joints. It protects against rain and prevents sparks from escaping.
Soot safety door V2A
The soot safety door has many advantages: it ensures that no dirt is spread in the house. It produces soot-free air during sweeping. It is suitable for both new construction and renovation projects and works with all fuels. It is also easily upgradeable and available in various sizes (140 x 200 mm, 150 x 300 mm or 200 x 300 mm).
Condensate barrier
It is a stainless steel condensate barrier for installation in the square opening of the nozzle cleaning hole. The installation is done with the acid resistant mortar or with temperature resistant silicone.
Wall strap for exterior wall mounting
In the exterior wall mounting method without ceiling support, the wall strap secures the chimney. It is recessed into the wall about 3 cm, attaches with screws and plugs and is covered with plaster.
