BISOAIRSTREAM® EXHAUST PIPE - moisture-resistant exhaust system for room sealed and non-room sealed fire places.
The world-class two-layered exhaust system.
BISOAIRSTREAM® EXHAUST PIPE is a modern exhaust system for gas or oil-fired appliances with a flue gas temperature from 30 °C to 400 °C. The special feature of this system is its multi-functionality. When installing this exhaust system it is not necessary to determine, which heat source, which fuel (oil or gas) or which operation mode (over / under pressure) is selected.
The supply of combustion air is variable, either non-room-sealed (that is, drafting of the combustion air from the installation room) or room air-independent through the ring gap in the exhaust system. A subsequent conversion of the exhaust system from room air dependent to room air independent , and vice versa, no longer poses a problem.
On this system up to 4 fireplaces can be connected per floor and a maximum of 10 fireplaces per chimney flue combined.
Possible variations in the supply of combustion air
Non-room sealed
In the non-room-sealed operation, the fireplace takes the combustion air from the installation room. Fresh air can be obtained either through a window in the installation room, a combustion air duct or through an indoor air intake.
Room air independent
Due to the air independent operation a combustion air supply through an opening in the installation room or other air channels is not required. Thus the high-density shell in modern low energy buildings is preserved. Even in multi-family houses with floor heating this mode of operation is commonly used.
Chimney cap
No matter where the combustion air is to come from, the forming of the chimney cap with the BISOAIRSTREAM® outlet hood is suitable for both versions. A later change of the operation mode can be made quickly with a smooth change at the inner smoke pipe connection.
Advantage "pipe sleeve"
The BISOAIRSTREAM® EXHAUST PIPE has 66 cm long inner pipes, with an integral bushing. That makes the installation very fast, easy and secure. The 3 cm high bushing provides the perfect interconnection of the pipes. The result is a homogeneous and dense tubular column. In this system the smoke pipe connection can be made by simply cutting it to the exact height desired.
Properties
- Isostatically pressed ceramic sleeve pipes
- Moisture-proof
- Easy change of operating mode
- Non-room-sealed/ room-sealed
- Suitable for all fuels
- Simple, time-saving assembly
- High temperature shock resistance
Benefits
- Due to its thin profile, the pipe warms up faster, similar to a metal pipe.
- Due to its resistance to high thermal shock the pipe is also suitable for chimneys, which are subsequently mounted outside the building.
- Due to the acid resistance sulfuric or hydrochloric acid have no chance because BISOAIRSTREAM® EXHAUST PIPE do not corrode (unlike stainless steel).
- Due to the tube length of 66 cm and the factory pre-assembled insulating shell, fast processing can be achieved- while remaining user friendly.
- Due to the sleeve connection a quick and easy installation is guaranteed. The risk of moisture penetration through leaky joint connections is eliminated.
- Low space requirement due to the concentric design. This eliminates all further measures for the air supply (e.g., channels, exterior wall openings, etc.).
- The in-the-ring-gap preheated air ensures an effective combustion process.
