About 45 people accepted the invitation to the topping-out ceremony in Frechen. Construction companies involved in the project, as well as, neighbors were joined by the heads of the Käthe Flöck Foundation, engineer Gerhard Köser, who planned the property, Jürgen Lepek and Lorenz Ostermann.

Bisotherm presented its product range
On 4th September 2011 Bonn-Beuel, during the street festival of the Friedrich-Breuer-Straße Bisotherm presented its product range. The homogeneous Bisotherm-shell contruction for the residential and commercial building is used as a "framework" that was designed and built by Peter Zenz Construction GmbH.
