Topping-out ceremony in Frechen

About 45 people accepted the invitation to the topping-out ceremony in Frechen. Construction companies involved in the project, as well as, neighbors were joined by the heads of the Käthe Flöck Foundation, engineer Gerhard Köser, who planned the property, Jürgen Lepek and Lorenz Ostermann. Despite the nasty weather, Hans-Willi Meier, the mayor of Frechen, also accepted the invitation.

They celebrated the completion of this high quality shell construction. The object concept is notable for, among other reasons, the building materials and project execution,  that formed the basis for sustainable rental occupancy, satisfied residents and low maintenance costs, to achieve long term income for the Käthe Flöck Foundation's purpose.

To achieve these high standarts, the entire brick work was made with Bisotherm products: in the exterior wall area our 36.5 cm thick Bisomark ensures that in the future, a good indoor climate is achieved while providing low management and heating costs. The 19 residential units will be completed in the spring of 2012.

The topping out ceremony was sponsored by us in the spirit of good and harmonious cooperation. And because we are known for our product quality and good service, we had a special treat those that braved the weather.  All the guests were pampered with freshly roasted chickens, fresh from the brabecue cart.
