Bisotherm-bricks forgo the energy intensive operation compared to other competitors, since the firing or better the expansion was done by nature thousands of years ago.

Volcanic naturally expanded silicate in a lightweight concrete mixture is filled  and compacted into steel molds. The heat during the air-dried setting developed hydration is used as a natural means of hardening, so that no additional energy expenditure is necessary.

Bisotherm-bricks have been recognized with the ecological safety certification according to DIN ISO 14040 “best LCA”.
