Bisotherm / Bisophon plan elements
The effective system solution with formats of 100 x d x 62.4 cm for the external and internal walls. With only four layers and one calibrating layer the clear storey height of 2.625 m is achieved.
Plan elements are site-specific cut based on the individual plan, numbered and palletized according to the work process requirements including all the necessary pass-stones.
The displacement of the elements is of course done automatically, thus saving time and labor.
Individual combinations of wall thickness, density and strength are available upon request.

- Planning documents to Bisotherm
Following the submission of the planning documents Bisotherm can accurately calculate your individual project. Architectural drawings on a 1:100 scale with floor plans and sections in DWG, DXF or PDF format should be provided. - Object quotation
In the short term, you receive a quote for all the materials for the exterior and interior masonry including accessories. - Placing an order with Bisotherm
It's in your hands. With your order placement the start signal is given for an efficient and sophisticated project outcome. - Design and prefabricated elements
In this phase, all walls of the object are modularized with the help of the Bisotherm CAD software, of course, taking into account all static conditions. If desired, installation slots are provided. - Review process by the client
Prior to production you will receive the documents for review and approval. - Compilation of the overall project
The shims are cut on the CNC machine and complete the basic elements. - Delivery
The delivery takes place by floor or wall, as required and agreed upon with the site. - Site supervision
Bisotherm experienced staff will have instructed you and your team in the correct execution of Bisotherm plan elements, and will continue to be at your disposal with help and advice. - Mass determination acc. to VOB
Upon request, a mass determination in accordance with VOB for billing is available.

The Bisotherm plan element PE 12 meets even plastered on both sides the conditions for “light partition walls” according to DIN 4103. Thus, the flat surcharge according to DIN 1055 for ceiling traffic load can be applied.
