SLIP-EX PLUS^® – Ecological and effective

SLIP-EX PLUS^® is an immediate-acting thawing and anti slip grit agent for ice and snow.

Composition
SLIP-EX PLUS^® is made from the ecologically perfected raw material expanded silicate plus a de-icer additive. This balanced blend with the ideal selection of the de-icer allows SLIP-EX PLUS^® to thaw ice and snow at much lower temperatures than regular salt treatment could accomplish alone. Due to the chosen mixing ratio, SLIP-EX PLUS^® is less environmentally harmful.

Application areas
SLIP-EX PLUS^® is used for the blunting and thawing of sidewalks, yards, garages and plant premises. SLIP-EX PLUS^® is especially suitable for scattering in safety zones, such as loading docks, loading areas, steep entrance and exit ramps.

Application
SLIP-EX PLUS^® is extremely easy to use. It can be manually or automatically spread, even with small devices (e.g, fertilizer spreading trucks). There are no temperature restrictions as there are for salt applications, because it acts independently of temperature down to -25°C.

Environmental Protection
The use of SLIP-EX PLUS^® requires no subsequent cleaning. The remaining grit dissolves completely during the first spring rains and causes no blockages in drainage canals or water run-offs. Grit that is left over enters the soil and contributes to the growth of plants due to its lime bound nutrients.
